Our work spans the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, engagements that range from full Oracle-to-AWS RDS infrastructure migrations to Zero Trust and ICAM implementations built to withstand the scrutiny federal security review actually applies.

That work doesn’t happen without partners who bring their own depth. We build on AWS, Red Hat, Confluent, and the broader open-source ecosystem underneath CloudInAJar, choosing tools based on what a mission needs.

A few engagements that shaped how we work:

DHS headquarters infrastructure modernization — migrating a legacy Oracle environment to AWS RDS without disrupting operations mid-migration, the kind of cutover where “we’ll fix it later” isn’t an option.

CMS SPARC IDIQ — sustained federal contract work under CMS’s SPARC vehicle, delivering services-based cloud-native architecture.

USCIS microservice modernization — implementing ICAM and modern identity architecture inside an agency where credentialing errors have real consequences.
